To report violations of the Anticorruption Program, committing corruption or corruption-related offenses (hereinafter – the notice), the following ways can be used:
– by post, marked “Corruption” at the address: 04205, Kyiv, Obolonsky Prospect, d. 32;
– by sending a Commissioner’s note to the Commissioner’s name;
– using the special form on the site www.dialogd.com in the section “anti-corruption program”;
– send a written request to the Commissioner’s anticor@dialogd.com;
– during the personal reception of the authorized representative;
– an oral message can be delivered at +38(067) 9888154 on weekdays during working hours – from 9.00 to 18.00
